Fast Facts about Family Wize_®:

·        A free program available to ANYONE; clients do not have to apply, qualify or wait for a card to come in the mail,

·        Covers all prescription drugs,

·        Great for people without insurance or for medicine not covered by insurance, Medicaid or Medicare,

·        Accepted at most pharmacies in Lebanon County (a detailed list will be compiled and made available to interested agencies in the coming months),

·        No age or income restrictions,

·        No enrollment, activation or fees,

·        Photocopies of cards are accepted; can be photocopied for family, friends, co-workers, etc.

·        Average savings is 39.1% or $19.98 per prescription,

·        14 million FREE Family Wize Prescription Discount Cards have been distributed as of March 2009.
