ABout the award

This award was created by United Way of Lebanon County to honor the life and legacy of longtime board member, Leonard Washington. In recognition of his many years of selfless service, deserving members of the Lebanon County community are nominated for their steadfast service to others and dedication to serving our community. One winner is selected each year, by the Washington Family, whose own service exemplifies the life of service lived by Leonard.
